About Us

Bellevue Lettings are a small letting agent in Edinburgh and as landlords ourselves, we know exactly the type of tenants we want in the properties we manage.

With a small portfolio of properties, ranging from studio apartments to 5 bedroom Georgian homes, we have the time and passion to dedicate ourselves to you, ensuring your property will be properly managed and you will receive the service you deserve.

Kristina Turner – Partner

“Whilst working and gaining experience in the property sector, in a range of areas – from Lettings to property factoring and sales – it became clear to me that the main factor missing from the firms I worked with was a personal and committed service. I soon realised that it’s not just the management of properties that matters to people; what also matters is building relationships, not only with the landlords, but also with the tenants. Happy tenants mean happy landlords.

My role with Bellevue Lettings is to fully manage all properties, maintaining regular contact with our landlords. Carrying out the viewings myself, not only means I get to know the properties inside-out, but also allows me to meet the potential tenants who will be in the properties, giving our landlords that extra reassurance.”

Euan Watson – Partner

“I am a Chartered Surveyor with 9 years of Quantity Surveying experience. I pride myself on achieving value for my clients and exceeding their expectations. I developed a passion for property from an early age and fully appreciate the importance of looking after them, whether they are your home or a future investment. My role with Bellevue Lettings is to ensure that any costs for maintenance or repair work that we arrange for our clients are competitive and represent fair market rates. I will also have an active role in the management of the business to ensure we are providing the high standard of service our clients deserve.”
